During a regular monthly Self-test, my PLB failed the self test. Where do I send it too?
Contact ACR Customer Service before sending the unit to ACR. Please have the PLB in hand when calling or send an email to service@acrelectronics.com describing the problem and they will respond to your email within 24 hours. Do not return the beacon to the place of purchase. Please let us know if you are having any difficulties in contacting ACR and we will assist you.
